spels..I didn't know about the PH problem myself..I just realised how much Temp affected the reading


when our night temps plunged I PH'd my water and it was 6.7 in the Morning..
same water was 7.7 in the afternoon..after the warmth and light of the day..

my girls were sitting outdoor on 9.5 hours light..so the majority of their hours were in cold/dark.

if I amended the water on the afternoon phase down to 6.5..then through the Dark period it would be sitting in 5.5..acidic..for the longest part of their day...:no:

Complicated...isn't it......

They all look Incredibly Happy now....:clap: :clap: :clap:

hey hey! thanks Mrnice...that's not a new tent you saw that is my old tent! the tent the dragons are in is my upgrade so i decided to turn my old 2x4 into a veg/seedling tent. That's just a t5 panel you see in there, no LEDs yet. I might try my hand at the LED when more companies specialize in LEDs for growing cannabis, then hopefully they will become more affordable.

I got seeds a germin in the small tent as we speak. Some Deadhead OG, DP's Orange Bud, WOS's White Rhino x Mazar, and some Plush Berry! All photos. When my next seed order comes in (ordered some Dutch Passion autos) I might throw in the RP's Purple Wreck i'm getting as a freebie. Really excited about the Purple Wreck and the Plushberry in particular. Look out for more journals!

Just kidding JM, got nothing but love for ya...we don't hate ALL males...just the one's that sneak into our tent. We rip those boys to shreds


Wiz, thanks for your input about the PH. My problem was that i would check the ph right before i fed and didn't realize the ph was swinging so low until i checked it in the middle of the night when the lights were off and temps were cold. the run off was at a low 4, totalling different than my day time reading of 5.9...it's a steady 78 F in my tent with both 600 watters on. at night i'll be putting a little floor heater in the room so the temps don't drop as much and the rest of my feedings will be started at a slightly higher PH.

Midge is my girl. She's the smallest but damn cute and the color on her is amazing. She was the mutant from the beginning and i contemplated getting rid of her to make room for the bigger babes but i'm glad i held on to her. She's got character indeed!
