Indoor Spelsylver's Photosensitive Odyssey

6 out of 7 of the plush berry have shown their pistols! woke up this morning to fine white hairs :booya:

the only one who hasn't shown any girly parts is the big bushy plush, the one i strangled and tied down...if it's not a girl it's gonna be one big boy!

Noods, i may have some possible outdoor options, i'm talking to a friend about doing some guerilla growing by the river a couple hours away. These plush berrys are getting big already and im thinking some super soil and some sunlight in the woods will make for some monster plants.

I've already got the 2 mazar x white rhino which are female, i can't have more than 8 fully mature plants in this tent...even 8 is pushing it i think...so this outdoor plan needs to work. Or I'm going to have to start recruiting growers just so i can give away plants lol I'd hate to just trash em! :toke:

Oh please please keep the plush inside if you can, they are a bit susceptible to mold on the tighter phenos, I'd hate to see you lose em... Have you seen any indication on what colors you will have from which?

Also if the other plant hasn't shown sex yet it's probably a female as well...

no worries friend, all of the plush that are currently in the tent are going to stay inside. i did take 2 cuttings off of each plant and all of them have rooted so some of those will be going outside, but i'll be keeping a bunch to make a mother plant...hopefully i get 1 of each pheno! I'll be putting 3 of the deadheads outside but got cuttings off all of them too and rooted! and probably one of the mazar x white rhino will see the outdoors, although i hate to see it go, the LST is turning them into big beauties...i do have 5 clones of them as well so i won't be losing any genetics!

no color coming through yet, i believe this is day 3 of flower. I recant my previous statement, 5 out of 7 have shown female. I thought i saw hairs on 1 but they were just pistols. so 2 of them i'm still waiting on, how do you figure they are females? males show sooner?

plants are looking amazing spels!!...sending you female karma for the DH...

Great video again spels! Your vids have become a real AFN Highlight for me.

The plants are all looking great! I just took a look at the clones in the pic on your post #46, where they just started to show roots... And now... Bamm!! Looking really good.

I like the way you showed how to tuck your leaves. You should add a tag to that video for "Leaf Tucking" or something like that. People are always asking about "cutting fan leaves off to get more light in..." and I like to tell them to tuck their leaves instead. So here you are with some hands on green doing it. Sweet!

You've got some great skills and it's a pleasure seeing them applied in your vids! +rep

wow! impressive!as usual:bow:spels you have great attention to detail!:dance2:

Very nice!
Spel I have a question for you. It seems like you took some clones. When you spray your clones do you use nutrients or just plain water? Also do you flower your clones right away? Or wait till they're rooted then flower?

Noods! thanks for such kind words friend. Those clones had me all stressed out but im glad that they made it. This means from here on out it will be easy peasy! Thanks to autos, i've been able to apply technique like the leaf tuck method on my photos too! The plants have those fan leaves for a reason and unless they are at the way bottom or dead, i'm leaving those bad boys on. I tuck and tuck away lol

Thanks Astro, I've been keeping tabs on your grow as well, very impressive yourself for a 1st grow! looks like you have some great attention to detail yourself! thanks for the support, it's really appreciated! I was just telling Gloworm that i never thought gardening would be my passion, but here i am loving every minute i get to spend in that damn grow room :smokebuds:

Realcarlos! thanks for stopping by friend. When i mist the dome and plants, i was using ph'ed RO water. no nutrients added. I did however soak my Root Riot cubes in ph'ed water with clonex solution for 24 hours prior to taking the cuttings and also used clonex gel to dip the clones in when i cut them....I still have not flipped them to 12/12 because i'm going to try and find some good mothers out of the bunch. But if i were to flip them i would have waited till i saw roots just to make sure they made it. It would have been a shame to flip them right from cutting and have some not make it...i was in there 3 times a day making sure they stayed moist and misted, humidity was high enough (it's still really cold in these parts) and make sure the Root Riot cubes didn't dry out on me. After about 8 days of babying the clones they were ready for the medium.

hope this answer helps some.:peace:
