awesome link WVR, thanks! odly enough in my state, it seems like some of the penalties are not as harsh as the ones in Ohio. I was comparing the 2 and it seems like in ohio you get slapped with a felony charge for cultivating MJ depending on the amount. In my state cultivation of any amount is a misdemeanor with a $1000 fine...but then in Ohio you get the conditional release which is really good for 1st time offenders cause you get to choose the stupid probation if you don't want the charge on your record. good for the young ones who slip up.

Not a problem my friend! I know Spels it's insane! The minor details in each state's law. I know somewhere on that site I saw where you could have 6 plants in OH before felony but, it's possible they changed the laws since then... It was a few years ago now... But, norml is a great site period. If you get in trouble and need a MJ friendly lawyer, you can go on norml.org and find one in your area. Breaking MJ news... etc... They are on top of every states laws... Just a great reference site for kids like us! Hope it can help you guys find the perfect home state! :smokebuds:

HA! thanks for the rep and all WRV...Surff did do a seed run of the plush, which is how i got these beans to grow out. What an awesome job he did in creating stable beans right? Subcool from TGA is the breeder, he named it plush berry! You should check out his gear, lots of really great things coming out of TGA genetics, all of them SUPER frosty!
