Spider mites or thrips? What to do about them no chemicals please!

Well as the title describes it are those spider mites or thrips or maybe something else?
What can I do against them? I don´t want to use any chemicals at all.

You can buy organic safe bug sprays that are all natural and wont effect your plants.

It's not thrips. So it could be either Aphids or Spider mites.

Insecticidal soap or neem oil should do the trick. Both are natural, not chemical.
