So being the new grower I am, i am bound to make every mistake in the book. The best lessons learned are the ones that smack you in the face.

Was getting hot in grow room, took them out for a few days in and out, put them in the sun. Man do they love that thing :P But noticed some red small things. I found out they are prob safe, but did get a digital microscope and looked around to really be sure. Found some spider mites. Not much at this time, and I got the rh around 60-70% so I know that will slow them a little bit.

Coming this far, i surely did not want to start over. I did basic research found lady bugs. They are already shipped sadly. I found out its the larva from lady bugs that are the best thing and they tend to be more annoying then any thing else. They more or less help keep things in check and dont fix the issue.

I came across two products that I already bought and will be here tomorrow. Mighty Wash and Azamax. My thoughts are to use Mighty wash allow a few days and then use Azamax. Was wondering if any one has tried these two products together?

At this time I am in pre-flower. Plan on doing this and moving the grow room inside of my house this time while cleaning the hell out of it. Prob use an alcohol spray less any one has any other ideas on the best way to clean the tent and every thing.

Would love any input.

My best honest advice is to throw the plants that have mites away and start over if you can afford to.

If you cannot, use the azamax treatment first. Wait a week before you start with the mitey wash and with that use every 3 days. It says its good to use throughout flower but 2 things i noticed when i did this. 1: it burned my white hairs on my bud. 2: it stays in the bud. I know this because i do hash oil extractions with bud from my garden and my last harvest which was all sprayed with mitey wash heavily all through flower to fight the borg came out a very sappy consistency almost like syrup. Didn't matter what strain, i knew the different variable was the mitey wash. So, if you have to use it in flower don't go past week 4 id say if you want clean buds. Wipe the leaves off with warm water and keep that room. Below 75 if you can. Eggs wont hatch below that and gives you more time to combat them. 3 day life cycle those bastards have so you might think they are gone and then bam they are back.

Soil drench with that azamax once a week as well. Don't over due it with the azamax it will burn your plants. Always spray with lights and fans off.

As for the tent, give it a good bleach down spray. Also change your clothes before leaving your garden. Those bastards travel and cling to your clothes, re spreading them in your garden

Hope this helps. Good luck.

Thanks for the advice. I will be taking in each part one at a time and giving it a very big scrubbing with color safe bleach. And then spraying it down with alcohol. Right now tempaters are around 60's out side. So thats really good. Going to move all the tent and leave plants and lights out side while I clean every single thing heh. I really do not want to stat over, getting smoke around is here rare at this point, and these guys are prob a month or a bit over a month away from being done. Think they are at like day 35.

And then I will clean one plant at a time bring it in, and keep an eye on it with the scope. I know I got this very early, even though they say once u seen it its too late. I checked most of the plants they seem fine, one had a few one it but we shall see... Learn and live I guess.

My last plants were not (Its was my first grow) really effected negatively. Comparing them to my current grow. I can say if it stunted it or not because I stunted it with hot soil and not checking the PH of anything in non-organic soil. So, I cant be certain. Though, I was able to keep them at bay with cycling between a neem oil solution and the cali clean DIY spray. And keeping the top soil a little more moist. Though that made it better for the fungas nats XD. That was a fun grow. lol

I ended up throwing it away at day 40ish because I was planting more seeds and didn’t want it to spread.

I completely fumigated my grow cab to with the hotshot pest stick things. I have not had any spider mite problems that I can see so far.

I’ve been keeping things a lot more clean too.

I wish you well on fighting those atrocious little monsters.

I know what they are thinking too.

" Oh!?!? So, you want to grow indoors? LOL not while Im around. Ill build an army all by myself. We will conquer this land in no time flat ."

Lol! I am hopful on on resolving this (not really -.-) But yeah, no more in and out for the plants ever! The room they are going in getting a full cleaning then a spraying. and going to fully clean every single thing and treat one plant at a time before bringing them into that room. Will treat them every 3 days. I would start over if there was smoke around here. I just spent like 200$ or so on oil and mighty wash and some other things to help. Will have left overs as well wanted to be damn sure on that. The only grow shop I know of is like 2 hours + from me -.-

So should know in a few weeks if i had won heh. If these was not auto flower I prob would of tossed them and started over. I have already done every newbie mistake in the book. But thats also what makes some one a better grower imo heh. im pretty sure they have atleast 30-40 more days. So my hope is to get some kind of return, theres 8 plants. Even if I got like 2 oz off all of them be worth it in the end then having to get some dirty brick crap around here.
