Lighting Spot out on my M0006

I have been very satisfied with the mars-hydro line. I have not had them long but the questions and requests I have made have been promptly answered and accommodated. Did I mention that I am in first grow and THAT I AM FLOWERING, BITCHES! ( bitches is meant as a term of endearment).

Karma, karma, karma, my friends.

Topled dont reply to urgent emails and make you wait for a week for a reply when you need urgent support on weather you have a fire risk on hand. This to me is massive, but having said that they all break, not just the gn ive seen the pro grow 180 and 260x go faulty and require replacement parts also the topled mars 400 and their ufo's after time. pretty much anything that is made in china will start to fault within the first 6 months to 2 years of ownership and constant use 18/6 + hours, the brand is irrelevand what is to me is the manufacture. lets hope the new gns and follow up chinese copys get ontop of these issues.

I hope Op has issues resolved and I look forward to a time when we dont have these reliability issues to bicker about.

A little advice bro if you have any appliance that you think might be a fire hazard warning do not use. That being said I did my research and think i got myself some pretty decent Chinese light right from the factory they answer any emails promptly heck I even get a email asking me how i was doing and do i enjoy light if any questions please get ahold. They assured me any problems in three years they will send parts free of charge what it is called I have no clue but it works it is powerful and they seem to really care. Just a little reminder almost all of our goods come from china almost everything we wear watch listen too. Shengzen is one city in china but they produce 85% of the worlds electronics. Any modular led that i see one of there main selling points is ease of fixing so when buying a led make sure it is modular for ease of fixing

Totally agree man, I have similar units to the MS006 and MS004, I have the Cidly versions Apollo 6 and Apollo 4. One of the pods went out in my Apollo 6 so I emailed them and hey presto, 1 week later I had a replacement pod (made to my own custom LED spec) and power pack by DHL. Excellent. My grow diary is in my sig if you need any proof of this. Chinese merchant, excellent customer service from one guy called Ali (possibly not his real name but hey), email replies within 12hrs or less each and every time. No complaints from me with chinese merchant's customer service/support, I think some merchants and manufacturers are really trying hard to provide good sturdy products that are well-made and affordable at the same time. They take pride in their products in my very humble opinion.

Peace
NB

Just my 2 cents.

thanks for the advice but not needed as its just common sense really but what a issue if you dont have a spare light?
luckyly a spare light was onhand and topled was told to stick their warranty up their ass as a week for a response was just not acceptable especially when in the middle of a grow when you need immediate service.

I do not trust the Chinese shit anymore, ive spent way to much on it and heard all the assurances.50000 hrs my ass.

I hope the new gn resolves all the issues and am happy to hear others having a positive experience with their Chinese vendors

Dude you know what i mean seriously? Let keep in context with regards to leds, the new GNs are being made in the uk for this very reason.
The chinese will always have an option for the budget conscious consumer but the issue with the quality control being is you do not get the mileage as advertised nor the service and if you do it is rare.
Thanks to GN those who are able to spend some additional money towards a led will have options on the horizon in the near future to not buy chinese. For this I am thankfull.
