New Grower Still not better, someone please help!

She started this 2 nights ago, I tried flushing her yesterday til i had runoff, and gave her some time, check her again today and she is worse than the day before, flushed her till i had a gallon or two come out. been checking on her each couple of hours and no improvement.

PH 6.3 , RH 52%, Temp 78, Soil, Adv Nuts Micro, Grow, Bloom Perfect PH system. B52, Voodoo Juice, Big Bud, Got her up off the floor for better drainage,
Strain Malana Bomb, 64 days +/- a couple. Well water Natural PH 7 under 100 PPM. CFL and LED, Indoor 2X2 grow

2 days ago feed her first fll strength feeding, before was doing 1/2 strengths
After this started I tried giving her Liquid Seaweed and Calmag
1 day ago Gave her full strength Calmag+LS+ a 1/2 dose of B52 and Voodoo
She was looking worse by end of night so I ran PH7 water till I had run off, Run off was very murky brown
Today I ran clean well water ( not cold) to her PH7 till I had about 2 gallons runoff. Still a bit murky, PH out on runoff said 6.3
Used new PH Tester on Soil, Soil says 6.7 (Accu8)

Whatever I did I think had to be Nut related because I fed this one too and she is showing signs of issues, or it spread to the other one.
So I have both girls in distress!!

You need to feed less grow nutrients (nitrogen) and feed more calcium. Up the micronutrients too. That new deformed growth is a micronutrient issue. If im right it might be boron. See how the leaves are clawing and they are shiny. Thats because youre feeding too much nitrogen or you foliared neem or you have a fan blasting that plant. Im surprised you havent burnt your plants by now.

If you flushed I would say not to water that plant until next feed. I grow in coco not soil but Ive done some soil grows so I would wait because you will waterlog that plant with so much watering youve done.
Next feed, feed less. Go back to half strength feed of grow only. Up the micro and calcium a bit. A little great white in there wouldnt hurt.
Try to get an oscillating fan so the fans not in one place all the time.
Neem is okay but I would follow the instructions. For any pesticide or fungicide I usually do weekly treaments and thats okay. Unless youve got an infestation or fungicide.
The little one needs a little more calcium. I wouldnt spray pesticides or fungicides on plants that small, in my opinion, I do it when theyre a little bit bigger.
Is that heat mat on a thermostat? I would put it to 70 degrees.

@Maraconi Okay, Thank you. I guess I will wait about 3-4 days to check on how dry she is, she is in a 10 gal, which was the wrong size for her. Also Oscillating fan wouldnt fit, this is a 2X2X4. but I have 2 fans one blowing at the top now and a lil usb blowing air out at the bottom. I have gnats flying all over now, not sure why I had everything clear and going well. The heat mat is not connected and running, I was advised to earlier not use that, but I have since placed the 10gal on a saucer that is too small for it to sit in and on, so I flipped it so it helped drain the bottom as I had some fungus and salt build up in the fabric pot.

I was about to give her a 1/2 gal of feed, but you think I should wait a few days?

Are you letting the soil dry properly ? They look very over watered IMO and the soil looks very wet for a seedling that small. What kind of soil are you in ? Keep in mind I'm still a grow noobie so take my feedback with a grain of salt.

@MesaBoogie They are very wet right now, as I just flushed them, will let them alone for the next few days to see what happens
