New Grower strain question

I'm sure you get this question a lot but what is the strongest auto strain? I'm looking for something high in thc and cbd but the plant stays small around 2'-3'

The strongest I have grown is Dark Devil from Sweet Seeds.Best to run through seed banks and find them there.
