Live Stoner Chat Strains for Insomnia

I'm trying to find strains that are good sleep aids. I know certain afghani's are good. Does anyone else have certain strains in mind

Here is a link I use quite often Diablow. It is a good place to start. I have found that just about any heavy indica will knock me out most of the time. I grew some Blue Himalaya a few months ago, it takes about 30 minutes and I can't keep my eyes open.
