I've got an idea that I think would be a great money making opportunity for a top notch grower w/ computer skills living in a legal to grow state ... I'd love to watch a streaming garden ... day by day 24/7 w/ occasional updates from the grower regarding the different stages of the life cycle and nutrient needs and deficiencies and so forth ... I'd like to see both hydro and soil grows ... I think you could get several hundred thousand folks to pay $1.50 / month to watch an educational MJ grow ... if anyone knows of such a site please let me know ...

or how bout paying said grower to grow your own plant for you, that you could watch 24/7.
or could have them set up all the gear in their location, and you control the watering/nutes via remote connection and some 'app' thing on your fone.

When cable extended to hundreds of channels, a town set up a channel but weren't ready for programming, so they pointed the camera at a fish tank, well, when they finally went live, the people complained until they got the fish tank back :)

Heyyyyyyyy I've got a question for you guys. There was some talk in the back room awhile back about doing some "audio/visual learning" here on AFN, where we (AFN staff) would create official AFN video how-to's and guides detailing a lot of the growing process (especially with autos.) Would have an audio voice talking about the topics, still frame images and full motion video clips of commonly asked-about questions, procedures, etc.

I know it wouldn't be live or streaming, but it would be free, information checked by AFN admin/staff, and an alternative way to learn about growing.

Would any of you guys have any interest in something like that? "AFN smoke out"

That would be great :)

I know I'd love to learn more from the growers here at AFN and I would like to be able to watch a streaming garden ... I've watched live streaming of a backyard in Australia w/ wild pink Cockatoos and we've all seen the eagle nests ... it can't be that expensive or hard to set it up in a legal state ... the following would be huge ... potential profits would be vast ...

I had a look on ustream today actually Chester, which is where I watch all my bald eagle action lol, but was disappointed not to see any real time grows going on. I would think this would be simple and easy for a legal grower to do, and could act as a marketing tool for potential buyers of the harvest.

I'll bet a good grower could do it for free and still make a killing on product placement ... I know watching a healthy grow done w/ some company's products would help me to decide what to use ... W/ autos a grower could have several tents in various stages of growth ... we all know how addictive it is to watch plants grow ...
:tiphat:
