My two flowering plants have been stuck in mid-flower for 2 1/2 weeks. I keep thinking if I switch from a 18-6 light schedule to a 12/12 schedule, it might help them along?
Even if I would do that I then have the problem of what will happen to my 3rd plant that is 3-4 weeks younger.

What, How much and how often have you been feeding them?

I gave them a 1/3 dose of big bloom and tiger bloom last week, thats it, other then their in happy frog soil. They are Critical Purple. I use the drops test, and I always shoot for 6.5 ph when their watered, I do rotate between distilled and de-chlorinated tap water (for minerals).
I have been driving myself crazy trying to figure out why one plant has 3 finger flower leaves, and the other has rolled-up tips.

I think they are getting hungry. This is the schedule you should use but use it at about 50% strength. IN balance. Read this to understand what balance is:

Thanks, I'll try up'n the dose's. Due to so much info overload from the internet, I was terrified of burning them or over watering them.
This whole growing experiance is mind boggling, trying to figure out whats wrong with a plant is as bad as throwing a code in your car, every symptom could be one of 20 different things. Like a loose gas cap or a bad sensor on the cat, or 20 other parts in between. LOL
