looks nice... i am growing in england and mine are looking at a similar stage to yours. Some of mine have stretched quite alot though. do you know how much this affects yield? check my grow log out https://www.autoflower.org/f6/auto-...rthern-lights-la-frutta-di-vinus-20593-3.html

stretched plants are hard to light properly as the buds are spread out over a large distance and light loses intensity over distance. you can use sidelighting to make up for it a bit or lst for an even canopy

ah didnt see what section i was in sorry :joint:. lst wont be as beneficial for the same reasons outside but handy for stealth and getting multiple colas. if the plant will grab more light upright then thats the better option id say.
