First things first! What soil
Light
Feed?
What about ph
More info is needed.

...these are not tobacco mosaic virus symptoms, IMO,... that is beyond rare too fortunately! .. this could be several things,... please fill out the patient info form in the highlighted section above this one, c/p it here, and fill in,... not enough info here for me to make a call,....

Im using roots organic soil nothing else added to it an i recently fixed my ph about week ago its at 6.5 . my temperature stay at 73 to 75 Humidity at 43% during the day at night 69 40% i have a 1000w hps but on my ballast i have it at a 75% of Watt usage . An one last thing when i planted these autos used mephistos genetics supersoil an instead of layering it on the bottom half of the soil in my 3g pots i mixed the 6tlbs with soil altogether an they told me on here that ill have may have ph problems an i did so i fixed it theres no signs of bug problem either they look healthy but it those leafs that worry me and i do see a burnt tip on bottom of my leaf

..how are you testing the in-pot pH? With the GBD mix, it'd be weird to have a lack-of type defc.'s,... Layering is done to keep the soil mild enough to start in,.. fully mixed may be too hot for some strains seedlings to handle, a gamble there,.. but the pH shouldn't be an issue with that, if it's off, it's for some other reason,... the spotting looks like maybe Ca defc.,... tops color, I can't say, that HPS light is messing with color rendering, I need normal light pics to better tell,.... distortion look like possible light/heat stress, which could also be behind the suspected yellow color,.... How far away is it?

looks like thrip / aphid damage to me - I've had quite a few crinkly Mephisto leaves so wouldn't overly worry about those. Colour of new growth? Pale in first pic but prob just camera flash.? Here are some pics of various damage (sorry not all on canna - I try and keep aphids out and never seen mosaic in cannabis before tho I believe it is possible).

I dont have a inpot ph meter yet an its 1f away from the light an these sign are mainly at the bottom of my plants

How old is this plant? Are you ph'ing your water? Are you using any cal/mag?Even at 75% power your light is to close.Raise it up to at least 24 to 30 inches.

There 41 days old an yeah i been ph'ing my water an i havent been using no nutrients besides GBD mix i mistakenly used wrong so is this a cal mag problem then

There really not that bad but you need to use cal/mag at every watering, this will help the plant absorb nutrients and prevent problems down the road.It is normal for a few lower leaves to die off or yellow so at this point start a mild feed of bloom nutes, remove any lower bad leaves, and start using cal/mag.
