New Grower Suggestions for new grow

Can anyone please suggest a strain that is a strong indica that also produces a good yield?
I am looking for something that is good for insomnia but also a strong pot effect, not just medicinal.
Do I need to look at photoperiods or are there good autoflowers also available?
I am growing indoors in soil.

Hey joe...there is a ton of good strains out there autos and photos. The stone dragon autoflowers available from the autoflower portal giftshop are well known for their stone and helping out insomnia. Also dutch passion has many very strong strains to look at. Autoultimate, Auto White Widow and auto Night Queen(when released on Jan 1st) all sound like they would fit your need. Many great non auto strains from dutch passion as well. Download the Dutch Passion Catalog and the Autoflowerportal catalog and good luck to you.
Autos are great to try many different strains, but they are much less forgiving if you make any errors early in the grow.
