I want to recycle soil from my previous grow. I used ffof and might get another bag, but I would really like to charge up the medium and pretty much reduce the need to feed on every watering.

but usually a 1:1 blend of OF and HF. For one bag of each, I'd add a 1/2c of each amendment except the minerals which I'm much more sparing about. I reammend used soil and put it in the bottom of the pot so the roots don't touch the minerals for a few weeks, fill the top half with a seed starter mix or starter/HF in equal ratios depending on how hungry that varietal is. Water with myco product and plant right away. Seems to work, but I'm also not afraid to throw a little bottled ferts in at the end to finish strong.
