Jan 26 - Day 1, first set of leafs appears on an angle (excluding the cotyledon leaves)

IMG_20140127_232443.jpg

Jan 28 - Day 3, started second set of leaves, angle decreasing, 31% rh 74, water 900ml seems to be perfect amount to completely saturate grow medium with a Turkey baster hand watered slowly

Jan 29 - Day 4, 28% rh 78, grow medium still moist, angle almost gone, drilled 3 intake holes and 1 exhaust, monitor temp and humidity, dampened towel placed in cab, seedling it sturdy, poked around gently a bit to train the stem, 3 T5's running 24 hrs

Jan 30 - Day 5, 24% rh 84, watered medium completely since it was dry, placed fan and drilled more intake and exhaust ports, plant looks healthy, second set of leaves developing, not stretching at all really, 4 T5's running now, continued poking, setup yeast/sugar co2 dispenser, monitor heat levels may need more exhaust holes

Feb 3 - Day 9, First feed 0.5ml strength of Dnf A+B grow

Feb 5 - Day 11, flush with water

Feb 6 - Day 12, foliar spray with water, lots of new growth, healthy green colour, grow medium still moist

Feb 7 - Day 13, fed just under 1.25ml to 900ml water, grow A&B, angled fan slightly towards plant to create a little more turbulence to strengthen the stem, 82F 33% rh, tested pH with drips, 6.5ph assumed (light yellowish/green colour)

Feb 8 - Day 14, 83F 32% rh, lots of inner growth it, no signs of nute burn, misted leaves very lightly, poked stem seems very sturdy, medium still has weight to it

Feb 9 - Day 15, fed 1.25 of grow A & B in 1 with turkey baster, secured lights better, increased fan speed, moved cab slightly, 80F 37% rh, plant looks very healthy

Feb 10 - Day 16, tons of growth within 24 hrs, no note since yesterday's feed, pot contains a little moisture, water early morning, seems to be drinking alot now, 82F 29% rh, placed a warm cup of water in cabinet

Thanks for the warm welcoming pop22, mallo, wwwillie, and CGR! This is the first forum I've been a part of and after reading other users journals and seeing the great community I'm really excited to be a part of it here.

I'm going to put up an intro tonight and spend some time looking at more forum features (thanks CGR) I'll try and post and update tomorrow evening.

Looking up Carolines skirt you can see that she is quite bushy!

Feb 12 - Day 18, fed 1L with 1.25ml grow A&B. She seems very bushy and the internodes are tight together. Some of the leaves are touching the medium, inner growth is very dense and the stem has thickened considerably lately. RH 39% 81F. Moved plant further from light, 3" to induce stretching, move further?

Basically I copy and paste my quick notes from my phone (above). Are the leaves that are touching the ground something to be concerned about? They look as healthy as most of the leaves, no signs of issues. There seems to be a slight drooping of the branches in areas. I have been watering with a Turkey baster since Day 3 and thought I'd take a peak at the store for a new watering can. Only one I came across that looked sweet was bright pink with some disney character on it lol Have any of you tried the watering caps that screw on water botles? Peace and happy growing!

Feb 13 - Day 19, Drilled a 3" hole and made a DIY carbon filter with pencil holders, panty hose, activated carbon and duct tape. Made a pretty big mess lol I threw out the CO2 generator, it was annoying to refill and I doubt it helped much.

Temps seem to have dropped over a few hours after I finished to about 78, also redirected the fan to the exhaust ports. You can see the holes through my shelf to allow air to flow up from my intake holes which are located at the bottom of the cabinet. Some air also comes in through the doors and around the shelf but onces the plant gets big enough and I drop the shelf it should drop in temp even more since its closer to the concrete floor and increases air flow. Should be good timing for flowering to drop the temps slightly.

She still lookin fine and again no nute burn from my feeding yesterday. I'm wondering if I should stay on the same dosage, 1.25mL or increase to 2.5mL and flush every other watering.

Very nice! Thanks for sharing. They look very well for that age. I'm on my first Sweet Tooth grow myself these days, so I'm subbed for this grow log. You can see the disappointing status of my plants here.

Btw, isn't that the Canadian astronaut and deep sea explorer Chris Hadfield with a bag of weed in that avatar of yours? :smokeit:

Hey Dr, thanks for stopping by! Yup that's Commander Hadfield with his space nugs haha I'll be sure to check out your grow

Feb 16 - Day 22, I fed her 1L mixed with 1.25mL grow A and B on the 14th, tried out the screw on watering caps for water bottles and I managed to spray the shit out of some leaves with my nute mix and they got burnt, see attached pics. On the 16th I just gave her plain water, light cycle is still 24/7 with my 4 bulbs but I plan on installing two more tomorrow on the back of my cabinet with 6400K than around day 45 or when I feel shes fully flowering I want to introduce some 2700K bulbs I bought, probably go 3 and 3 of each
