I recently switched from my mars hydro LED to my 600 HPS. Under the LED the plant was very vigorous and maturing quickly into its flowering form. Once i switched to HPS it seems like it has slowed down in growth and water uptake. Its in a DWC bucket. I was wondering if this is normal? Its the first time ive done a switch so i was wondering if anyone else had this problem? This weekend i plan on putting in a new AC and putting both the LED and HPS on it. Thanks for the help in advance

switching light sources is difficult for plants

hps has so mucn infared the leaves have to toughen up before they can think about growing=like hardening off before going outside
