Hi all. Hope everyone is having a good/great Friday. I was hoping to get opinions, comments, suggestions. I've got some purple streaking in the root and some branches, but I'm not sure if it's a possible cal/mg deficit or from a run away a/c one night that dropped temps. But I thought I'd read that it takes a few days of running in mid 60's at night to get the purple coloring, so I'm leaning towards a deficit. I appreciate y'alls help.

if rest of plant looks great it’s possibly just genetics. Other possible reasons could be ph (which could cause the deficiency/lockout), cooler temps or intense light. Maybe double check your ph to start? Or up your mag a little if possible. Hate to fuck around with healthy plants so if growth looks healthy and on schedule I’d just kinda keep an eye.

Plants are fine. I wouldn't up the calmag since they don't need it in flower, also calmag usually has some N in it that they don't need in flower. If anything up the P/K a bit. But they're totally fine as they are. Purple stems are a normal thing and not a problem to chase. Cold temps will turn just the leaves purple

I didn’t suggest calmag also because of the n, but in reference to what nute he might be lacking if any I thought it might be mag. But my best guess is ph if it’s not genetics.

Quickly looking at a Barney's Farm Tangerine Dream seeds entry, the close-up of a bud show purple leaves. So I'd presume some purpling is normal, genetics, unless other problems show up.

Thanks for the responses. Ph is around 6, using HP soil. According to the app my avg is 76F, 50% humidity. VPD tends to run a little high with an avg of 1.6, This is from the 1st - 7th. Getting ready to switch over the flower sometime next week. Can't believe the stretching it did. Probably need to start lights lower next time. She's at 29 days since she went into veg.. I really thought using blue supp. light would make her shorter. Should I start trimming ? At the moment all I'm doing is tucking.

Also, I would start your flower nutes now (sweet candy, if that’s what you’re using)..
