How’s it going everyone,

I’m sure I’ve asked this question before but I can’t find my last post, Apologies but I’m going to throw it back out there.....

I’ve got 1 AK47 auto sat in soil, fabric pot and an oscilating fan. All snug in a 60x60x140cm tent.

One of the duct socks has been rigged with a plastic bottle with carbon sponge and bug mesh for ventilation, it’s about 2” wide.

Anyway my question is about the temp and humidity. My temp is regular and sits at around 25-27c but my humidity has jumped to around 70% and stays there.

I can’t afford to open the side vents (light leaks are jeopardising stealth) and I haven’t got enough space for a light baffle. Can anyone give me a few ideas how I can reduce the humidity when flowering starts ?

I know the ventilation I’ve got at the moment isn’t good enough but I’m struggling to vent any more than what I am doing right now without my grow space looking like Blackpool illuminations!

Dehumidify the outside room?

Nice chart MrOldBoy

Thanks, got that chart from @ColoradoDreaming420 and I’ve used in y current grow .....

Looking at a larger tent so I can keep within those ranges ... Environment is so important, I think even more than “which light do I get”.

Best,
OB

Id agree with Mr Old boy on this one. If your only means of controlling temp/humidity etc is through air exchange with the outside room and you have no room in tent. You will have to control the environment in which it you are pulling air from. :pass:Happy growing !

Thanks for the advice people

I ended up getting a stronger fan it’s hooked up to my carbon filter and I’m using passive intake. I’ve opened one of the vents and used a carbon filter pad to block some of the light leak and D.I.Y’d a light baffle. I’ve managed to reduce the humidity to around 40% the temperatures normally around 23-25c at the moment so I think I’m ok !

Fingers crossed,

Thanks for adding the chart @MrOldBoy and @ColoradoDreaming420 for the reply
