Its all a balancing act really, depends how good your airflow is to keep excess heat under control. When growing in soil I liked 78-85. With my DWC I try to keep the grow room 68-74, make it easier to control res temp.Seems to work fine. I've never seen definitive data on optimal temps other than to say keep it above 60F and below 85F, unless your using CO2, then you want 85F-95F.

Optimal temps for photosynthesis to occur is 78-86 degrees. I run mine around 86 degrees leds on and 70 leds off. Humidity I like between 40-45% the whole grow. I wont complain about 50-55% humidity in veg but never higher than 45% in flower.
