So I have my RH sitting at 43-46% and temp sits at 18°c - 20°c. Flowers have been hung with fan leafs removed and colas have been separated. (Not hung as a whole plant) I am definitely smelling slight hay dry grass smell. Should I try and raise the RH.

Yes. Aim for 55%. If that’s not an option, switch to thick paper bags.

I have started whole plant hanging mine in a RH controlled room at 60% RH and 60-65f for two weeks with air circulation. It has been a much better dry to jar experience. A slow dry and slow cure has produced better flavor and high for me.

Good luck. Ink bird makes decent temperature and humidity controllers that are pretty accurate. You could also get all IR thermometer gun just to be more precise with your temps on your drying flowers
