I have a tent in the closet and the door of the tent is the only side that is easy to get to for an intake and I am getting tired of zipping the 6" intake duct in the door and trying to cover the hole so I am thinking about cutting a 6" hole in the front of the tent so I do not have to keep doing it. Has anyone cut holes in their tent or have tips for it?

I am thinking about getting a plastic flange and put that inside the tent in the hole and use gorilla tape to try to seal it and put the duct to that on there. Do you think that is the best way to do it or do you have any ideas for it?

Lowes or Home depot... in ducts. Cut hole to fit, gorilla tape and done. That's how I adapted my de humidifier to my yent. Works great.

Secret Jardin makes a duct flange that bolts on either side of the tent, and they also make one with installed sleeves.

Can find them on EBay easy enough, I think. I haven't found a good location in the US to purchase them though.

The item I used was with dryer ducts...is a 4" wall flange/ connector.. I traced the shape and cut hole, attached with glue/tape...a flap closes when no flow. Easy peasy.

I bought a 4 by 4 tent and it didn't come with ANY holes whatsoever on the bottom 3/4 of the tent. I couldn't send back cuz I had plants waiting to go in. Try not to laugh but this is what I did. Hole on left is a 6" and on right is10" .Flex tube fits tight, I used thick cardboard. Collars would be better but I did it quick and dirty.

Thanks. I had not thought of that. I may look into that for it.
