Contrary to all claims, I think it is absolutely, infinitely, worse to try to CHEAT, such as use fake urine (which will no longer work, with as I understand it, most labs. now adding testing samples for proteins only found in fresh urine to their automated testing machines). Failing a THC screening test is now just common, is not going to totally kill your future employment prospects, not going to be part of your "permanent record." If you get caught cheating, being dishonest, going to the extreme of carrying fake urine presumably taped against your skin to keep it warm enough, that in the employers' and most anyone's view is serious -- you can't be trusted, you're conspiring do defraud/deceive, acting like a criminal - and will go into corporate personnel dept. shared records as the reason for your dismissal or not being hired (much like being denied a credit card). Depending on your profession and where you are, this could even mean never working again; could affect your credit rating.

Unless your employer is using a totally cheapo lab. service offering old/dated testing systems, I know of no way now to cheat. Yes, fake urine can pass physical inspections, but not the antibody-based tests now used to screen samples for proteins only found in fresh urine (or maybe it's proteins that are just too expensive or difficult to get in pure/soluble form to be added to fake piss).
