Oh, btw, when I ordered I got a Sweet Seeds Sweet Skunk freebie that i didn't realize was an auto till just now. I think I might pop it into a jiffy I have lying around and do a straight soil+humus grow in a little ~.5l pot, just for shits and giggles and, of course, research.
Sweet Skunk Auto in a Jiffy pellet, and, more importantly 3BOG in the rockwool now. The skunk will hopefully grow terribly and have all sorts of problems (short of hermies so it doesn't fuck (and fuck up) the other plants), so that I can learn as much as I can.
@Ash-a-Ton It's on the way already. Not a particularly good one (cheapo yellow chinese unit) but it has good reviews, and far as I can tell the worst that could happen is I have to calibrate it every time I use it. Not a huge deal - not really any more work than the drops. Only problem is it'll take a while to get here, so for now I'm on the drops.
Thanks for the kind words,if i can inspire 1 person to grow this amazing plant then i am a happy man,you have watched me improve my grows from the start just over 2 years now,i am so happy you finally have the confidence to start
Yeah man, you've been doing great. In general, seeing people grow in skill, confidence, etc gives me something to look forward to, which is always nice.
Confidence was half of it, money and the legal situation is the other half. But I'm at it now.

Yeah I've been wisened to the dangers of that lately. Some of our balcony plants were rained to bits for a few days and almost all of them either died or developed fungus gnats. No biggie, but big pain. Main reason I'm doing coco+perlite, tbh - so that overwatering is only a problem earlier on.
Yeah its virtually impossible to over water after the first few weeks with coco, you can feed them upto 4,5 times a day if you feel the need to,it just means using less nutes in the feed.
Took a cheeky sneak-a-peek in the rockwool cube and seed is cracked, root is working its way down and seed shell is working its way up. Quickly covered it back up. I'm not a perv, after all - just curious.
