I was surprised at how much I laughed. It is almost talladega night's quality. I emphasize almost, but it is pretty funny.

I rented it last night and laughed my ass off! I usually don't like these stupid bro comedies, but this one was actually hilarious. Definitely can see why North K doesn't like it lol, it is not friendly of the government there. Some moments were just dumb, but that's okay. I liked it a lot, but I can clearly see this is one of those movies, like Borat, where a person would either love it or hate it haha.

It was good. but better than Will Ferrell in Land of the lost or Anchorman? Is it just me or is Franco kissing dudes a lot?

I saw some mixed reviews, most of the bad ones talked about how it lacked punch as a political satire. I'm gonna say right now, it's not. All the B.S. that N Korea stirred up got people talking about the politics behind it, but when I watched it I thought it was clear they simply picked what seemed like an edgy concept for a comedy, and ran with it, just trying to make a funny movie. It seems like all the news and shit around it got people expecting something it wasn't meant to be. If you're watching it expecting biting satire, yeah, I think you'll be disappointed; I also don't think they were making a satire either.

If you're just expecting a funny as fuck Rogan/Franco movie, it is definitely that. I couldn't stop laughing, right from the beginning with Eminem's interview all the way to the end.
