If you can get some more calcium into those girls it might help with your pest problem. Are you using a cal-mag product? Amino acid assisted cal-mag uptake should increase your brix count - it basically raises the sap content - which turns pests off past a certain point. (and also raises the quality of your crop)

General organics have a cal mag product that has aminos in it. Could be worth a shot in the long run? I've not had to combat pests yet, so I can't say for sure if it works. But that's the theory anyway. lol. Keep up the good work, Dude!

P.S. Is it Dinafem Critical + you're growing?

Here's an interesting article about brix. http://npk-industries.com/resources_BULDING_up_the_Brix.html

This is a quote from the article.

"Generally speaking, the higher the brix, the healthier the plant. In fact, some organic gardeners claim that if you can achieve a brix level of 12% or higher, sucking insects won’t even recognize the plant as food!"

It might help keep the mites off your herb.

And yes il be using Pro-Cal from greenplanetnutrinets:) il start right in the next watering :)

Awesome stuff! I grew some critical+ a little while back, it wasn't the 2.0 version but it was still pretty damn tasty. I'm Looking forward to seeing your crop, it is indeed a lovely strain and Dinafem are just superb.

I've not done a lot of reading on the topic either, but I saw a video about amino acids aiding calcium uptake and how that relates to brix. It's pretty interesting stuff.
