Keep drooping as if they're thirsty or they are suffering from too much heat. And neither is the case. I'm using cfl's and they're roughly 2-4 inches away and it's also after watering. Not directly after watering, I'm just saying it's not cuz they're thirsty. I have no idea as to why they're doing it

Pictures would help..Its Not a Bad sign Always ....i have it happen but it could be they a Bit stressed, overfed, there is many opinions ..Are they Budding....
Ur ph could be slightly off ..

Pictures A Must thanks

Well I did some guesswork and I think I hit the nail on the head. They're heat stressed like no other. I've kept my thermometer on the table which is at the bottom of the pot level, and my temps never get over 77f down there. And I know it wasn't my ph or over feeding. So I just moved my thermometer up near the tops of the plants and it's 86f up there and that's after I turned several of my cfl's off. Shit!!!! If I put another intake fan in my room, should that help lower temps? And I just went down there and took pics. It's weird cuz the two plants are side by side and one droops more than the other. I definitely need an oscillating fan in there, I just can't find the right size one an need it to be able to clip on

You're right, your best bet is to find some sort of a fan to put in there and get the air mixed up. I had a similar problem with mine, only my leaves got burned in the middle of the tent before I could get a fan in there.
