Think I messed up, 1st timer

So, my SiL germinated some seeds for me in May and from the beginning I had problems with heat, also 1 of the seeds didn't take and I germinated another one but it's about 3-4 weeks behind the other now. My oldest is Quantum Kush Auto and the later one is Qrazy Train Auto. This has been an eye opening experience. So, I finally got my heat dialed in 76-80 degrees, dark 72.5-74.5. Humidity stays around 45%-50%. Growing in a 4x2x6 with Vivosun aw200se @ 80% -18/6 schedule and recently got a set of Mars Hydro Adlite RB30. So, about 3-4 weeks into flowering on my Kush I open my tent and the Kush is wilted, leaves drooping, yellow/ brown, purple streaking through the root and branches. Let's say I've had a crash course in food and nutrients the last few weeks. So, I've attached some photos of the babies as the look today including some close ups of the trichomes on both. The Kush looks like I may have missed the boat on harvestings as a couple of the pics show a lot of amber/ brown in the trichs. Anyone who has taken the time to read this, I'm asking for an opinion on the condition, also any advice, help or anything else constructive that may help in the future.

Just go ahead and harvest, it will be fine….albeit sedative. The amber color is the thc beginning to break down into the cannabinoid cbn….which is very sedative, anti anxiety, and pain relieving (I use a cbn rich rosin edible to combat insomnia)…..

The other one still has some time, from what I can tell from the picture….

Yeah, they appear clear still. Now the hard part finding someplace dark to hang and dry, lol. Really appreciate the response.

I use a sock rack. They're hanger width, so could fit in any closet.

You can always dry using the “paper bag method”….. just wet trim the buds, make sure they’re no bigger than a golf ball, lay them in a single layer in the bottom of brown grocery bags, and hang the bags someplace (some use the tent they grew in), until the stems snap (generally, around 1 day per 10 percent humidity….plus one day)…..then into jars that will get burped once or twice a day, until they are reliably 58-62 percent humidity…. I did this for years with decent success..

There are also 'burp lids' that fit wide mouth Mason jars. These vacuum cure and work very well.

I used this system before Grove bags and Cannatrols came out.

Cure bags are the easiest for me, they are a George Foreman type cure. Seal it and forget it.

So you guys like the bags for curing ? I bought some but don't you need to use humidity packs with them ? I have the Boveda 1lb bags with humidity packs ( optimistic aren't I ? ), lol. But I also have some smaller bags that I put the 4 & 8 humidity packs in. These are from a disastrous grow my SiL did a couple of months ago. Everything was heat stressed, seeds developed, tasted nasty, never controlled humidity, it was just a terrible attempt.
Is there any advice y'all might offer me on the bushy one ? I don't know if I should trim it or try to find some more branches to lst. I'm using metal rods/ hooks to hold the branches down but the food I'm giving her has made her blow up over the last 3-4 days. Any help/ advice is appreciated.

No, you only use a humidity pack in a sealed container like a jar.

A cure bag is a semi permeable membrane that allows excess moisture to escape. It also allows oxygen to escape and not return. Oxidation is undesireable, thats why some of us backfill long term jars with Argon(Bloxygen) Although the term 'extra weed' is only a rumor here.

A humidity pack can eventually add some moisture back to overdried buds.

I would just leave her alone, and let her do her thing for the most part….the branches get very woody in flower and you might snap one…

You can do some defoliation on her….remove the larger leaves that are blocking the light. This will also open up more airflow to avoid any moisture issues….
