New Grower Think I over watered - what am I looking at here?

Hi guys, started thinking last night that I'd over-watered this girl and today she's looking a bit worse for wear. First time I've ever grown a cannabis plant so hoping for a bit of expert advice!

Problem: Slight drooping of leaves, substantial yellowing that at first looks like chlorosis, some leaf tips starting to brown

Medium/grow method: Bottom half batmix, top half lightmix (plagron) in fabric smart pot. Runoff pH 6.3 last check.

Feed: and supplements used: None so far

water source: tap (hard), steeped and aerated, pH'd to ~6.3-6.4

Strain/age: RQS Quick One // 23 days from seed

light used: LED Samsung Q-series strip build - only about 20W draw so 6" or so from plant

Climate: humidity relatively steady 50-60%, temperature between 25-30*C

Additional info: Watered a pint or so on Friday evening and a pint or so Sunday lunchtime, in hindsight probably too much (about double what she was getting before that) but, well, I'm an idiot and it's done now. I used the towel under the pot method earlier to see how much excess water would be drawn out and I ended up with a pretty wet towel.

If this is over-watering is it causing a temporary nute lockout or does this look more sinister? Or am I on the wrong track altogether?

Let her dry out for a day or two mate then give her light water and should bounce back made the same mistake myself (first grow) at day 20. Plants on day 40 now and steaming.

.... -- she has a longer term stunty-starved look to her,.. Batmix may be richer, but it not complete for nutrition, and until she's fairly large, she's likely not tapping much into it as much she need too as a seedling,... current interveinal symptoms look like P defc. kicking in, but at this stage it's generic enough to be from something else,...
Oh, what'd this light your using, is it a horticultural grade unit?

Thanks for taking a look mate, much appreciated. It wouldn't surprise me to learn she is a bit stunted, she had a turbulent first couple of weeks. I won't bore you with the details but I decided to have a bash under less than ideal circumstances to see what happened essentially.

I had thought the lightmix on top would give her room until she needed the batmix but maybe not! Interesting you say the nutrition is probably incomplete - do you think a feed of grow nutes might be called for once the water situation has settled down?

The light is a work in progress DIY build, underpowered currently (I'll add more in a couple of months) but again, thought I'd have a go for now. Mix of 4000K and 3000K lm301b diodes so shouldn't be too far off the mark. Looks something like this:

Update with pics from this evening - the difference in colour is because I dimmed the lights to take the second and third pic. These are probably the worst leaves - I think I see what you mean now about it looking like a P deficiency. On the upside, it doesn't look any worse now than it did first thing this morning and the plant generally looks a bit more perky and new growth is coming through ok. The fact that it's not getting any worse now suggests to me that it probably doesn't need feeding - if it did it would probably continue deteriorating right?

Doubt I'll get much out of this plant now but hey ho, it's all good experience.

Could be your water bro, do you have a ppm or EC read on it?

But yeah, that's not just overwatering..

Thanks for having a look mate. I don't have an EC meter, I was hoping to get by without one growing in soil. I'm going away for a week tomorrow so it's too late now really to source one before I go but I'll look into it when I get back. I am in a hard water area so it's possible it could be problematic I guess.

Other than that, I'll just have to give her a water tonight or tomorrow morning and see how she takes it.

...yup, I'd start feeding ASAP,... the soil lacks several nutes, especially micronutes... and what's there isn't in the right proportions... Unless you get a soil that specifically made to used as "water only", feeding in necessary...
