I burped the jars today and one of them smelled exactly like Trix cereal right after you open the box. Simply amazing. I am so happy right now. Smoke report soon once I feel the cure has set in a little more. I just had to share the scent I just experienced.

Sorry for only passing by to check how it ended, seems like I missed some sweet stuff but I managed to read it all now. Nice harvest. Beautiful fruits, they look very sweet, hehehe. I'll be back in a while to check the smoke report, take your time
