Lighting THOUGHTS? Philips Green Perform LED 120W 4000K

Just interested to get some LED guru's thoughts and opinions on these lights! Power is right, colour is right, price is right... could make a good setup with a light per plant?
But am I missing something?

Only see them for about £175 over here! Personally at that much I wouldn't bother I'd push for something else but for your it works out £108 not bad for 85 actual wattage

You won't regret it! I guess it has it's backwards ways in some forms, but every country has it's quirks.
