Lighting Timber Grows 200w Citizen Cobs and seedlings.

Hi guys. So I have the above COB incoming to replace my HPS/MH. Can I use the COB from start, on my seedlings? Height, power? 2,5x2,5, 4x10l pots.

I'm only loosely familiar with that brand. I start seedlings around 30". I watch the leaves as they will tell you if there is too much light, too close.

My cobs right now are in the 28" - 30" range. They are super bright, so you might want some eye protection or at the very least wear a hat with a bill to block those bright lights. Each strain has reacted a little differently to the cobs.
