New Grower Tip for composters and Worm Farmers

I found a supermarket last night that had lage pumpkins meant for Jack O' Lanterns for $1 each, so I bought 5. cut them up into chunks this morning and froze them to feed my worms later on. I'm going to go to a coffeeshop and ask if they'll save coffee grounds for me.

My worms worms be here Wed! I'm excited to start this new project!

What worms did you go with?

If u Feed them Coffe Grinds Ask if they Use Organic Coffees
If ur Building an Orgainc Habitiat .u want to Keep it 100% .
But it is Stiil organic since a Animal is used..
I use Carrot Peels Betacarotene Microbes
Cucumber peels PK
Potato peels K

Make Slurries freeze them for popcicles if your worm bin is in a Heated area...during summer months it keep it cooler and slowlys melts them nutrition for a few days

I got the Red worms, 1000 of them. I may get some European Nightcrawlers later if I have space for a second bin.

Thanks for the tips! Good for all to know. Yes, the coffee shop uses all organic, fairtrade coffee, although I'm not super picky about that.
