IMO not ready, far too much clear still. Depends what you are looking for, but she is not even ready for the most racy high you might have in mind.

Also just a friendly tip, some additional lighting in the room or even a flashlight pointing up towards the bud you're scoping can really clear up the image too! I spend a lot of time magnifying weed stuff lol.

It seems she's still maturing, both from looking at her trichomes and overall senescence.

It would be expectable for around a week or so more, but this is all very circumstantial, without a good grasp of the variety and several other factors.

When most of the stigmas are brown, a couple of amber trichomes very sparsely here and there, with most of them being milky, she's reached the peak point of maturity, which should be the best time to harvest. I would judge the harvest window around those cues.

Take into account that some varieties do keep throwing pistils even when past the peak point, so I would consider all these factors altogether.

Nice looking plant you've got there, btw.

These are ready to harvest and they will be ready to harvest for a few weeks. You should take something down right now for reference, then keep taking something down in another week if you haven't harvested by then, etc. Bag them up label them and you will never have to ask someone else again about what effects you get from different harvests. You're in the perfect position to do this, my advice is to always take the opportunity if it arrises to test out common notions.

"Ready" is a word that fits a lot of stages. Several of us old stoners harvest at different points to get a certain effect...early harvest for wake up, mid harvest for daily activity and a later harvest for knockin' ya ass out. I keep a special 100% amber jar that will surprise the shit outta ya.
Yours is def in the early stage.

Sometimes they just go & go & go etc.
Tops maybe had 50-70% amber, middle 1/2 that & bottoms even less, but the resin load kept piling on.
((I myself just started growing autos few yrs back, but now I just like letting them go at least 95 plus days, grown many strains & they just seem to get more potent that long, which I use primarily for Hash & Vape oil)).
