New Grower Too hot in my tent, girls flowering and it's smelly

Hey y'all, need some help with my setup. I have a 3x3 room with a 600w hps in a cool tube with a 188 cfm fan. I also have a fan blowing in there for air circulation.

Right now I'm running it at 400w and the temps are 85 with the tent shut. (one vent open for intake). I want to run it at a full 600w, but the temps go to 93.

My fan that's circulating air is blowing directly on my two ladies. Please help!! One is an AutoBubble at day 40 and a TD. The Bubble is covered in crystals already and it the smell gets more intense every day.

you got a CF in there? you need one with an extraction fan, it will only get more smelly if you don't, not worth the risk to be without one imo.

I would open some more vents or even the door to get some more cool air in there.If you have a vent towards the roof of the tent try putting a fan up there to draw some more warm out the vent.

Are you growing wothout Carbon Filter?

I understand if you live far out on the country or something like that. But for me it is a MUST.

Sorry forgot to mention, yes I do have a carbon filter. A 4 inch Phresh filter, it's like this. CF- ducting- fan(closer to cool tube)- ducting- cool tube- exhaust ducting out the side of the bottom side of tent.

Do you think if I opened up another vent the smell would get out?? Do you, or any of y'all, happen to know if there is a huge difference running a 600w in a 3x3 than a 400w? I have it setup to where it's 2 ladies flowering and two seedlings vegging about 35 days apart.

Yes maybe open more air in. And do you have alot of leaks on your ducting? Check around your flanges with a lighter to see if it is tight.

Do you have the filter up high? if you are smelling the weed outside the tent then it sounds like it's not working right? I don't know about phresh filters [seen em on ebay] I use a 5" Rhino in my dr90 which does the job well, only smell weed when I open the tent.

something ain't right if your smelling the weed outside the groom, like auto said above you either have leaks [you need negative pressure inside the room or your filter ain't doing it's job.

another question, can you hear your filter sucking air or not?

I suggest exhausting out of the top of your tent. Heat rises, and it sounds like it's getting pumped out and then pulled right back in and just circulating hot air since it's getting ventilated out of the bottom. Run that ducting to one of your top vents and point it up and away from any intake. Run it into the attic or elsewhere if you can to completely get rid of it.

Phresh and Phat filters work great, I use a Phat and it's the cheaper version of the Phresh. Anyway..If you are smelling that much something is leaking somewhere or not working properly. Do you feel air blowing out of the exhaust?
