I'd use the 400 for veg and both for flower. Make sure you have good ventilation for the tent!

Hey all!
Feeling very welcome. Tent is up it is a little warm. Ventilation is the next issue. A little duct work and in-line fan. Should be good to go. Thinking about putting three girls in for a sog, thoughts?
