Indoor Too much LST?? Pics!

I just keep bending and tying down every branch of my autos like there's no tomorrow lol..

I'm wondering if there's such thing as too much lst and/or I should stop and let the plant finish its course?

I usually stop training at the start of stretch. I've normally got everything in place by then. How old is your plant?

I would leave it like that . The one way to learn is by doing it . To my way of thinking , I do'n see how you are doing any harm . and if you are then next time you will know .
