Mephisto Genetics Toofless Alien, stunted seeling, advice appreciated.

So this is my first Mephisto grow, and i popped a Toofless alien seed into soil a couple of weeks ago now. The seedling broke dirt on the 18th and got its first set of leaves very quickly. Since then however there has been no development at all. Its now day 8 and it has not grown since day 3. (one set of leaves only.)

Medium is 70% soil/30% perlite, water in is 6.6 and 6 out. No nutes. Temp 25 celcius and humitity 55%.

Has any one had any issues with this strain stunting, or have any advice going forward. I only grow one plant at a time so don't want to waste time growing this if its a dud.

I'm using around 200w cfl about 3" away. I know that is alot of light for a seedling but its very cold here and i am using the high wattage as a way to keep the grow space in the desirable temp range. lights on 24/0. I transfer over to 300w ufo at around day 25.

Is the floor that the pot is sitting on cold? I've heard about some people having problems before with sitting pots directly on cold basement floors.... Not sure here without pictures of the setup and everything. Give us as much info, feed all that stuff that you can please.

Here she is today on day 9. The downturned is a new thing that has happened overnight. Still no new growth since day 3. This is being grown in a spacebrute under 200w cfl before I move it under a 300w led.

Hi the pot is sat on another pot turned upside down to keep it off the floor and raise it to the light. Growing in a 120l space brute. Here is my last plant grown with this set up.

This is my first grow and my white widow started really slow aswell bro here she is at day 9 and now day 21

Another day and no movement. How long would you give it before I call it quits with this one and move on?
