thanks for turning me on to the android app. I ve been racking my brain trying to program my arduino to use lux sensor chip. But i suck at programming in C. I know its probably better than a smart phone... err well maybe not. This will help greatly for LED distance setting even though lumen/lux are not P.A.R it still gives u an intensity judgment.

Get yourself a Raspberry Pi and you can use Python

It's just called "light meter," by a developer named Borce Trajkovski. It should be one of the first few options after searching "light meter" in the Play store. Hope that helps. The animation isn't so helpful, but below the visual meter there is a realtime numeric readout.

What device are you planning to install on? I ran my tests with a Samsung Galaxy S3.

Ok i must say really really Fast Customer Service. Already got info what the problem was and yes they were out of stock in the uk warehouse so they send mine with the others for the warehouse first from china to uk then over to me but fed ex shows me the whole process in the Tracking..... normaly only uk to germany should be showed..... they also wrote me if i buy antoher light from them ill save a few euros on that next purchase..... realy nice and fast service from them....

Nope Gilly just the old mmodel 180w Ufo. Getting another 300w Panel start of August and one form a German Brand to test them for their Site. Had to Start Low Budged as my Next trip to Amsterdam is right before the Door. 2 Morrow its off to the Dutty Dam
