Lighting TOPled The Manual.

My tent i will be using for Autos is 48x24x53 a square foot of 8.

Heat is not an issue due to A/c runs into all my tents and 240CFM exhaust on this tent

Il be running my Bysen 210W (Actual)
and 2 - 180W UFO's MarsHydro I'm going say approx 110w Actual from what iv seen)

Il know the total of the Actual watts of just the Lights combined Via Watt/kwh Power stat meter the lights will be plugged into and only the lights once the 2 ufos arrive should be here Monday

Im thinking the Actual watts will be Approx. 430W

53.75 Watts per sq ft
Will this suffice for 5 Auto flowers?

The Bysen 210 is directly centered in the tent and is 2ft above the seedlings 3-autobomb,1-diesel,1-White widow.

I plan to put the 2 ufos level height with the bysen but have them angled in towards the center of the plant.
What ya think?

Journal coming soon waiting the the ladys to pop through the soil

I think that watts per sq.ft. rules should be different with LED lights. My 2 300 watt ( 185 actual each ) are equal to the 600 watt MH i used before. In the end, its watts per gram that would be a better comparison IMO.

Yea I was thinking the same thing due to Leds penetration and spectrum.

When I grew with MH and HPS id try for 100-120 sq ft.
I was reading about sq ft for leds and at 50-60 watts per sq ft is Great hopfully so my 5 ladies have all sprung the heads out of the soil only two with their helmets still

Here's some pictures from my recent harvest.

A Dutch Passion AutoBlueberry and Think Different. Blueberry ended up being the largest.

This grow used a Mars II 700 in a tent of 5 square feet (2.5' x 2'). The light began at 45" from the soil from seed til early flowering, after which it was lowered 6 inches for the rest of flower.

It was far from a perfect grow because I had to go out of town several times, which left the plants overly dry. The most recent dry spell nearly killed them (dumped 90% of the fan leaves). Despite my mistakes, the plants made some really nice flowers.

The General Organics GO box was the line of nutrients used, following the schedule for the most part. I used a blend of Coco Loco and 70% perlite, hence the drying out issues.

So far I'm impressed with my Mars II 700. [emoji2]
