Indoor topping auto's?

I top auto's all the time, never notice a difference in yeild, its a space issue for me. indica's I top at the second node set right after the thirds grows so your not removing much folliage. sativa's top at the 3rd node.

Ya from what ive heard and seen from u all topping nor lsting really seems worth it, what about nutes? I heard autos dont like nutes

Unless you have height problems I dont see any benefit to branch training.Topping is not recomended.

Ive got a 5ft tent so heights not really a prob with the autos i got some 3 footers right now and there doin fine

It's not that autos don't like nutes, they usually just don't need as much as photo plants. A lot depends on your soil mix. If you're using one that contains casting, manure, etc. you won't need as much. In soil mixes like that you probably won't have to go stronger than 1/2 strength. If you're using soil less mixes like Pro or Sunshine Mix, they you'll probably be able to feed a little more.

I feed em very hard. 800 PPM. Any more like 900 which I have tried being just the guy I am and they start to get leaf damage. I think they are very similar in their abiity to take nuits as photos. Just my opinion.

So maybe if i go with ffof or happy frog i shouldnt nute feed for a week or so? I like feeding mine everyday and plan on 24 hour light cycle so i guess ill try maybe 1/4 strength on some and no nutes on others to see the difference, might try scrogging too im not sure yet, my main concern is not over feeding my girls or mixing the wrong nutes because i mix brands

I use ProMix. Have yet done an auto, just photos. From the reading here OF has enough nutes veggin for 3-4weeks

Really so can i still give cal mag and sillica blast in veg no base or grow nutes like big bloom

These two statements conflict.
If you feed everyday - you will most likely overfeed & nute-burn your plants.
