I'd been using 11 mill woven poly. Very tough. Also real heavy, expensive and with weight, more for shipping. I'll see how this stuff holds up. Much less $, real easy one man install, when wind stopped, lol.

When my son had a job cleaning up toxic waste sites, he gave me some huge 10-mil trash bags that they used to dispose of 45 gallon drums full of mystery substances. They didn't have fiber reinforcement, but still very strong. During a renovation project I put a couple hundred of pounds of broken plaster in each bag and rolled them up a ramp into my truck and they didn't break.

I've done remarkably well with plain old 6 mil poly. It lasts at least five years here, but can't support a heavy snow load. I use it on the greenhouse sides, but not the roof, that is done in the ridged plastic stuff.

Well, I am caught up with your progress, it has been a bit, but I will be back soon. Your grow is looking really nice. I still can hardly believe what you accomplish up there. Hats off to you sir, very well done.

Getting crowded. I'm working on potting soil and filling gh pots. Soon the 'night' temps be above freezing and 7 pots trans, their bleachers removed and more room for the window 4. can have a better look see.
