Help! I have a Trainwreck Auto 16 days in a 50/50 OF perlite mix growing in a 2x2x4 tent w 600W LED At first I was amazed at how quickly she sprouted and leafed out but now I’m totally confused and don’t know what to do.
She has not gotten any taller even as leaves thrive. The stem is thick but just swirls our at ground level.
At first I had the the lights close but as soon as I realized the problem I raised hoping the plant would stretch to the light. No luck. This seems to be a very healthy plant for now but if I hope to save I must figure out what to do.
Has anyone had this problem? Or what the cause and solution might be?
Tips suggestions and help welcome.

Just keep it up - I guess you're on just water for now .. so keep with that for another 4-5 days and start introducing mild nutes.
By that time the leaves should have almost reached (or reached) the edge of the pot.

Double Edit: - if you don't have a fan which is making the plant rustle a little in the wind, this will help strengthen it.

Raising the light should help if it's powerfull enough,

600W of LED ... Even if they're equivalent and not true watts, the light should probably be about 3 feet or higher (if they're true watts)
