Outdoor Trichoderma or mychorrizae in pots

Hey guys,
In these days i transplant my plants into the 11liters pots..
I want to avoid if possible the botrytis and mold and so i think to inoculate some trichoderma or mychorrizae.is possible to inoculate into pots?or only if you dig holes and grow without pots?

Just mix the mychorrizae with the soil in the pots and water before you transplant.

Does Myc & Tric in the soil prevent Botrytis? I've never heard that. Foliar spraying compost tea or Serenade can prevent and treat.

No,neither one can prevent botryis or gray mold.
