Well, after all the hardwork and love I give to my ladies I still have a helluva time trimming. Don't get me wrong, I won't argue with anyone that nothing beats a hand trim job. Unfortunately, I HATE to trim, as it put my hands through hell… They begin to cramp and I end up doing a rather shitty job in the end, besides wasting hours doing it… I started to look into the automatic trimmers they have out. Most of the trimmers I was seeing were geared towards big grows/harvest, not for your single med user grower. I than saw the trimmers that were more along the lines of something that would suffice for the small amount of bud I harvest monthly. The bowl trimmers I saw mostly though seemed liked they just shredded the bud and didn't do a very good job. I kept running across the trimpro unplugged and after some research and looking into most of the options out there I decided to drop the dough and grab one of these bad boys. A lot of people knock these type of trimmers but I hardly ever see any real usage reviews on these products so I thought Id do one myself… Hope you guys enjoy and any questions or comments.

GREAT video Yoda!! Looks like a great product too!! If your hands really get to hurtin, could you put a cordless drill to it, instead of the handle??

Nah the hands don't hurt from the handle turning, it's the actual trimming that
messes them up...

Thanks for the review always wondered about them and never really looked it up.seems good. In a month or so look under your bed/couch for a surprise...
happy trimming!

No mate, what I meant to say is, MY hands have arthritis real bad after trimmin. If I bought one, would it damage it, if putting a cordless drill on it? Sorry for the confusion and the way I asked it.

very cool vid yoda

looks like a nice machine for the home/med grower

peace

@eg thanks brother! Great little gadget for the small grower, @bri it's really effortless to crank the machine... I lack fine motor skills in one if my hands hence the hard time trimming but have ok gross motor skills (very similar I would say to some suffering arthritis in their hands) and I had zero issues with cranking the handle, the beastly cannatonic harvested like a breeze after getting it (the real reason I ended up with this as that plant was only half harvested and it was bringing me to tears and days the work that was involved..) I would think you could gehri rig a drill on their easily enough but would be pointless IMHO as the beauty of the unplugged is you can control it by hand and seeing the buds as they are going through to make sure you don't "over trim" your buds... They have the trimpro rotor which is basically the same machine slightly bigger that had a motor on it but was like almost a grand ontop of the cost.... IMHO wasn't worth the money unless like I said you had tons to harvest.... Someone like me who maybe between extracts and smoking goes through an ounce a week this machine for the small home hobby grower is perfect.. Especially if you have hand issues be it from an auto immune disorder or old age... But for some one young and healthy and they have the time still nothing beats these :
