Grow Mediums Twisting/ droopy leafs?

Hey guys,

Just a question the new leaves coming out the leaves are droopy and twisting, and light discolorations any ideas on what could cause this, I'll post pics and info below

Blueberry bliss auto
Dwc 5 gal bucket "3 1/2" being used.
Nutrients bills perfect micro, grow, bloom, GH floralicious plus, superthrive.

Growing with cfl/led bulbs

I can't tell whether it's severe over-feeding, or severe under-feeding, with some possible light burn thrown in.
No diagnosis is possible without knowing pH and ppm.

What are the tempatures in your grow space and how far away are your lights to top of plants? Also water temperatures? Might be to hot or lights a little to close...
