Old Reviews U.S.B. Microscopes??

I'm looking to get a usb microscope to view trichomes. Any recomendations or tips on wich type to get? I'm looking at one that is 70x magnification would that be good for looking at trichs?

I have never used a 70x but I do have a 40x scope and a 30x jewellers loupe. I personally find the scope too fiddily unless the buds are cut and I can put them on a table or something. To view the trichs on the plant I favor the 30x jewellers loupe.

Also I find with the scope (and it might just be my scope) that it focuses on a very small area at a time whereas the loupe allows me view a larger area. Obviously the loupe does not magnify as much but do I get a good look at what's going on.

Thanks I have a 60x but have a hard time looking through the scope wich is why I want a usb one, but a loupe may be the ticket

I use the veho vms-004 it is very good and is good quality compared to the cheaper made ones that I have used.

It will only focus on 40 and 400x unless you find a good stand to mount it on then you will have alot more range. Those 2 are about all you really need you will see everything that you need to in that range I guarantee.
