Hey Meph Heads,

I just wanted to inform everyone that we have to postpone the store openings until next week. While doing some testing this weekend we ran into issue with checkout procedure, so we just want to make sure we get that corrected before opening.

Dear MephHeads.

We just wanted to give you a quick update.

We have been speaking with the postal inspector for the last couple of weeks trying to sort out the relevant paperwork they want. They have reassured us that all they need/want is the documentation, then everything will be sent on to you the customer. We submitted all the documents that were required to the postal service last week, it’s now up to them to review it and send us a response.

Because we just don’t know how much longer this process is going to take to complete and what the ultimate outcome will be, we’ve refunded all affected customers. By now they should have all got an email or two to confirm this.

We will be closed for the next couple of weeks to make sure all the packages from the last drop have been delivered. We’ve changed our shipping methods for all future drops whilst using USPS, and look to make other carriers an option at checkout moving forwards.

UK/CANADA UPDATE

During testing last week, we found a bug in the checkout screen which we’ve now sorted, but there are a couple of things we still need to work on because of this. We’ve delayed our drops for these stores, for the time being, we’re hoping to be open on the 11th but we haven’t finalised that date yet. We’ll be taking the maintenance page down as soon as we can once we know for sure when we’ll be open.
