Hello guys and gals, I am really struggling on which LED light to buy to put over one plant (auto flower) in a 40x40x120cm tent...
I was going to buy a
150W Full Spectrum UFO Led Grow Light Plant Growing Light UV&IR Lighting Lamp From ebay which is £24.54

I want to know if that’s enough watt for my auto flower plant

FYI if you can’t already tell I’ve never done a grow before so any tips/pointers let me no. Thanks

300 watts would be good for one plant.

Doesnt matter because you can buy a light for 50.00 quid ryt thts 1000w or a light at 150w for 70.00quid the 150w is better tht the 1000w. Wat most new growers dont realise is tht your lights are important so buying the correct one for what you need. If you just want to plug and grow thn get viparspectra 450w £120.00 does veg and flower. But thts at the low end of the lights tht can grow weed they do the job ok for the price infact they do a very good job according to some. I myself am new to growing however i am onto my 5th grow and am looking to buy a new light aswell but there are so many to choose from but also alot of fake grow lights aswell. I tried to grow regular seeds but i enjoy the quickness of auto's and so now i have some experience and have met nice people along the way that has given me advice and info on growing weed. Learnt what i have these last couple of years been great. One thing i find with alm new growers is thy dont realise how easy it can be as long as you have the basics covered. Which is your , Ph, your plants enviroment is key to a successful grow or a great successful one or a flop. Humidity ,temp , aswell. Do your reseaerch on what seeds your growing cause each strain can be different. Always flush for 7 to 14days if using nutes no matter what they say. Always flush ur plants of nutes at the end to makesure u get good decent chem free weed. My opinion not saying am right its just my thoughts i also welcome any help and advice.

i've the same tent , i was used to run her with da hans panel 150 w , but changed recently
for a cob cree cxb 3590 , running at 65% atm
but 120 cm is a bit short i admit

In the end I just bought a 150w cfl to cover my auto blueberry shortcake in an 8L air pot..
I chucked the seed in a glass of water for 24 hours then put the seed in a wet paper towel for 36ish hours then went ahead and planted into my airpot with biobizz light... I also made the mistake of not pre watering my soil but the seedling looks nice a green with its first true leafs
