Quick input on the lst, not sure if this was done, and I'm not in my right mind at the moment, however I'f you wanted to use the lst method I'd suggest maybe squeezing the branch in the area you're bending, kinda pinch it as if you're doing super cropping and it shouldn't break, unless you're just torturing her..

Yah definitely pinching helped but also be careful not to break the base of the branch your bending. Although the two broken branches a budding nicely just knuckles on the stems.

The most interesting part of this is the small Christmas tree type pheno that I had to LST the most and broke two branches is still the smallest but with the more even canopy there are bigger denser buds throughout. Really not what I was expecting. It will be interesting to find out which one ends up yielding more.

Yes very happy with the progress so far. I have tried a couple of times when I was young to grow with a fluorescent light or on a window and no knowledge and never yielded more than a few grams. Now older with the help of my caregiver and proper equipment is awesome.
